Wedding Mania!

So, I've been pretty MIA recently, to my family, email, and pretty much anything else you can think of. I feel bad about it, and I was handling the insanity pretty well until yesterday when I just broke down a little bit. But then, I went to MD's sister's wedding, and it was amazing so all is well again.
This weekend MD and I had two weddings, one in Virginia (Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Madden!!) in which I was best man..or groomsmaid of honor. I would say my speech was a 10, I embarassed the groom and made the bride cry. Rock. Then yesterday was MD's sister's wedding (Congratulations Mr. & Dr. Miller). I've been to four weddings in the last four weeks so I've gotten quite a bit of exposure to this whole wedding thing. And I have to say, every wedding I went to was gorgeous and lots of fun and very romantic. Though I have to say I pretty much want my wedding to be just like MD's sister's. It just suited my personality and it was wonderful.
Everyone keeps teasing that MD and I are next, which is very sweet - and going to all these weddings has eased the "freaking out" aspect of the concept of marriage, but I just want to be older. I'm not sure why, it just seems like I would be more comfortable with the concept if I were a little bit older.
In the meantime - I'm back to packing up my closet to make room for MD - YAAAAAY! I'll finally get to see him again, and then every day because I'm adopting him for a couple of months until we move into our own place!
As a side note: MD's entire extended family told me at the end of the evening that I should run, now, and fast. I think I'm going to take that to mean that they like me if they want to save me from the insanity of MD.
